once in a long while,

i stare at the setting sun and am reminded of the beautiful sunset i see (almost) everyday i drive home from school on kesas.

once in a long while,

i bite into a chopstick-full of ban mian strands and i'm reminded of the knife-cut version in jojo's.

once in a long long while,

i see female ah neh nehs wearing turbans and i am reminded of our very own cheenah ah neh neh from the land of salted fish.

once in a long long long while,

i start having domesticated tendencies (i actually steamed my very own banana cake and a tried a 5-min chocolate cake in a mug recipe off the net) and i am reminded of the time we all cooked/baked for wheiying's dinner.

and finally,

once in a long long long long long long x 2fivesixtyninehundredthousand while,

i decide to write a blogpost. (HAHA didnt see that coming did you?)

Me and ms smarty zhu lui had joined a treasure hunt organised by charice hospice today in Queensbay Mall. The hunt is based on a list of questions that we need to decode, and the answers are the shop name found in the mall. This is our first time joining a treasure hunt and i would say it was a very fun experience. XD Never knew we had quite a thing in decoding . Geng leh~~~~

After all the kincheong-ness running around the mall, squeezing our brain juice, we emerged as the 4th place in the treasure hunt! XD Out of our expectation eh, cuz when we passed up our questionnaire, there's already a stack of papers in the judges hand, but nonetheless .. we got 2X rm50 parkson voucher from this hunt! XD *wink wink

Here's an example of how the question is like :

' One in my transformer '

1) You need to search for keyword . In this case , 'one IN my..' the IN is the keyword. So when you put ONE in MY -> money.

2) What are the words with same meaning as TRANSFORMER ?
One of them would be CHANGER.

So when you put 2 of them together, you get MONEY CHANGER!
quite fun yea? Get very excited whenever you get to decode one of these questions. XD

Other than us, my sisters and XY's to-be sister in law + her mother joined the hunt as well, so we kinda share info tooo.... XD

YupYup, That's the excited face of ours, hope yea all can read it from our face.

Now, we're just thinking of how to us our RM50 voucher. XD XD XD
